Corporate Headshots

Professional headshots and corporate photography are an essential component of any company's brand image, from sole operators to multi-nationals. Whatever your business sector, 'people buy people' is a powerful truism, and the style of business and corporate portrait photography you choose for yourself and your company has strong implications to the extent to which others are likely to identify with your brand and want to engage with you.

In advance of any shoot, I’ll work closely with you to identify a style that's going to be most appropriate to your personal or corporate brand image. And whether I'm working with individuals in my studio or large teams on location at my clients' offices, I'll always make the time to coach each person in the simple styling and posing techniques that help communicate the confidence, professionalism and approachability that are the watchwords for a great business headshot, whilst also ensuring people’s real personalities shine through.

Corporate photo shoot | case study

Vattenfall Heat were looking for a corporate portrait photographer in London to deliver staff headshots that were modern and fresh, reflecting the professionialism of the team, but also showing them as friendly and informal; given the highly technical nature of their business, it was important that they presented the more ‘human' side of the company. They also wanted to communicate their working culture, as project teams are so integral to the service they offer clients.

The key challenge was that whole team were almost never in the office at the same time, which meant that the project had to be executed in the most time-efficient way possible. Our solution was to provide two corporate portrait photographers working in tandem, with me running the mobile headshot studio, photographing staff headshots at 10 minute intervals per person, and my colleague Stephen Rowson capturing behind the scenes shots whilst the team went about their daily work. Adopting this approach meant that we were able to shoot just over 40 business headshots and create a varied portfolio of candid corporate photography images over the course of just one day.
